A Year of Mornings Project Weeks 16 and 17: The Traveling Photographer

I am so blessed to be able to do what I love, and to be able to combine TRAVELING with PHOTOGRAPHY is a dream come true!  Unfortunately, all this time gallivanting around the South as a traveling photographer had caused me to be dreadfully behind in so many areas of life . . . my poor family hasn’t had a home-cooked meal in weeks, and the laundry mountain is threatening to topple over.  The blog has been slightly neglected the last two weeks, and I am hoping to get back on track soon.  Even though I haven’t been posting my images daily, I HAVE been taking them (thanks to my new love affair with Instagram, I am having a ball with my daily pics!).

I’ve spent much of the last two weeks editing images I took at my workshop in Florida (see my lovely and very talented friend Susan Willis of Susan Willis Photography in Illinois below), trying to spend some quality time with the family I keep leaving, and traveling to Dallas to visit some dear friends and do a long-awaited bluebonnet session (will blog this one soon!).  Have a wonderful weekend 🙂
