The Blonde Family: Florida Seaside Session {South Florida Children’s Photographer}

I always feel so fortunate that my chosen career path allows me to reconnect with friends all over the United States – thus far I have had opportunities to photograph dear friends and their families in Texas, New York, South Carolina, and Florida.  This session in Deerfield Beach was so awesome, in particular, because it was the first time I had seen my sweet high school friend Liz in almost twenty years (WHAAAAT?!).  Facebook has been a pretty great tool in allowing folks to reconnect, so I had seen her updates and watched her family grow from afar; but when we met on the beach for this Florida seaside session, it was like no time at all had passed since our high school days at St. Thomas Aquinas!

She looked absolutely amazing as she arrived with hubby and four kids in tow – all perfectly styled to compliment the beautiful blues of the ocean and sky. Her kids were incredibly charming and well-behaved, and I was so glad to get in a little snuggle with her newest addition, Hannah.  The girls kept me in stitches with their antics, and we ended the session with a dip in the ocean (although I think they ended up getting even WETTER when they “rinsed their feet off” in the shower at the pier).

Thank you, Liz and Ben, for hauling your family all the way to Deerfield Beach to allow me to photograph you!  It was so wonderful to get to know you all, and I hope to be able to do it again sometime (those little ones grow up SO very fast!).
