I am so grateful to my friend Beth who nominated Caroline to participate in my Senior Model sessions! Caroline has been Beth’s family babysitter for years, and Beth felt that this Wando High School junior was definitely deserving of a day of fun and pampering after all the love she has shown her three active kiddos.
Caroline is one of the sweetest, most well-mannered teenage girls I have ever had the pleasure to photograph. We spent an afternoon getting all dolled up (courtesy of makeup artist Lisa Burson and hairstylist Jennifer Taylor) for her session on what turned out to be a pretty windy day (poor mom Karyn could attest, as she tried her hardest to hold onto the reflector!).
She has a understated and classic sense of style, and I really loved the crochet-accented top and dress she brought along with her to wear – these details are very on-trend for Spring 2015 as festival music season is gearing up (and I am personally a big sucker for texture over pattern). I loved her melon and cream color choices that accented her red hair and creamy skin so beautifully, while also playing up her slate blue eyes.
I am so glad to have had the opportunity to have worked with you Caroline!
