Spotlight on the Middle Daughter: Happy Birthday Julia!

Not that I am biased, but Julia is definitely one of the most charming children I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing.  That her family and mine are all dear friends has nothing to do with it!  This bright and funny girl ALWAYS has a smile on her face and constantly keeps me laughing.

Julia is the middle daughter of three girls, each one just as beautiful as the next.  But this particular session was partially in celebration of Julia’s double-digit birthday, and it was all about HER!  A budding fashionista (truly, I’m thinking of giving her a stylist internship!), she selected her own outfits and had a hand in the posing and location-scouting for our session.  I loved that she incorporated a sassy hat into our shoot.  Not only do hats give subjects something to do with their hands, but for some reason a hat always seems to let his or her personality shine through.

Lots of love to you, sweet Julia, and congratulations on your very special TENTH birthday!  You are definitely going places in this world, girl.
