Mothers. As is often the case, we are the ones behind the camera, documenting our children’s lives. The truth is, most of the pictures of me and my kids exist in the form of quickies taken with my camera-phone, held out in front of us. I was THERE, but I have no clue what we were doing – our heads fill the frame with cheesy smiles. I was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph Monica and her beautiful, vibrant daughter together because I know HOW important these images are, the documentation of such special mother-daughter love. Sweet snuggles and whispers at sunset . . . nothing better.
