South Florida Family Stylized Session: Summer Lemonade Stand

What says summer better than a lemonade stand?  My girls had been pestering me for months to have a lemonade stand at our house.  The problem is that we live on a busy street where not many folks are likely to stop (AND I was worried that someone would get hit by a car!).  I casually mentioned this to my dad one day, and being one who firmly believes that EVERY child should have an early opportunity for citrus entrepreneurship, he started to do some research.  He scoured the internet for the perfect plans and handcrafted this amazing stand with love for his two grands.

This summer lemonade stand was a whole family affair: my mom helped to tie each strip of fabric for the backdrop, my daughters painstakingly hand-painted all of the marketing materials, my brother was their very first guinea pig customer.  The whole neighborhood came together for an hour of libations and fellowship in the street, and we all had far more fun that I ever imagined a lemonade stand could be.
