Hmmm, well I thought that when my girls went back to school that I’d have PLENTY of time to catch up on a long-neglected list of to-do’s . . . why I delude myself at the beginning of each school year I have no idea. Wishful thinking, I guess 🙂 It was a very busy summer at our house, and we didn’t spend a whole lot of time vacationing or relaxing. The school year started off like a shot, our schedules had us hopping (and me in the car way more than I’d like).
Charley and I had been talking about a Hawaiian vacation for years, and so I finally decided to plan one! I need something to look forward to in the doldrums of February, something to work towards, to plan for, and to dream about. I know it’s a long way off, but I’ve started my research and am doing some Hawaii dreaming . . .
